Temenos CEO Jean-Pierre Brulard Steps Down, CFO Named Interim Chief

 Temenos, a technology company specializing in enterprise software for banks and financial services, announced on Thursday, September 4, that Jean-Pierre Brulard has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer. While the search of a permanent successor is underway, the Board of Directors has appointed Takis Spiliopoulos, the current Chief Financial Officer, as interim CEO.

In a statement, Thibault de Tersant, Chair of the Board, thanked Jean-Pierre Brulard for his leadership and commitment, as well as positioning the company for long-term success.

The interim CEO and Chief Financial Officer, Takis Spiliopoulos expressed his eagerness to work closely with the board to deliver value to clients and ensure the growth of the company
