Antitrust Lawsuit Over Alleged Search Engine Monopoly – Ongoing Court Proceedings

 The European Union of Justice's Advocate- General Juliane Kokott have on Thursday 19th, June, 2025 dismiss Google's appeal and confirm the new fine of  €4.124B.

According to the European Commission, Google have abused its dominant position by imposing restrictions that have been tagged "anti-competitive" on manufacturers of mobile devices and mobile network operators 

This restrictions is of Google's strategic decision to pre-install Google services like (Google search and chrome) as a condition to gain access to play store.
