Nexperia announced on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, that CEO Zhang Xuezheng have been suspended as Executive director and will no longer act as CEO of the company, as ruled by the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. In addition, all voting rights on the shares in Nexperia held by Wingtech Technology Co., Ltd. have been transferred to an independent administrator. As a result, the Dutch government has taken control of Nexperia. Nexperia is a Chinese-owned semiconductor manufacturing company based in Netherlands.
